Emma is an architect based in Sydney who believes in the necessity and value of design and detail in everyday life, and on the instillation of craftsmanship and expression in the built environment. She believes that good architecture should premise slowness, care, and intentionality.

Emma’s approach to her work is serious yet playful, genuine and humble, persistent and personable. Her interest lies in the materialisation of spaces which speak of culture, différance, and place.

I respect the Cammeraygal people of the Eora nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which I work, acknowledging our Elders past and present, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. I operate within the confines of land and Country of which the rights were not ceded.
